About KotoHosting
We keep other people’s sites running, so you can get on with your own work instead of learning a control panel.
How it started
KotoHosting began with a simple inconvenience: the clients we built sites for had to find hosting separately, work out the panel separately, and write to a foreign support desk in broken English separately. It turned out to be easier to take all of that on ourselves.
So we do not sell "disk space". We take a site and keep it running: we migrate it, update it, watch the backups and answer when something is unclear. Complex custom sites are built by our development team, Web-Squad.
Hence the cats. Hosting is the sort of thing you would rather not think about, so let it be thought about by someone who genuinely finds it interesting.

Meet the KotoTeam
Three cats between whom all the work is divided. Each is responsible for their own part — and that is who will answer you.
-
Archie
Chief engineer
Servers, infrastructure and KotoLaunch. He sets up every service by hand rather than with a two-click wizard, which is why we promise a day and not "a minute".
-
Nox
Security specialist
Protection, updates and backups. We take copies every day and keep them for four weeks, so there is somewhere to return to when something goes wrong.
-
Mia
Head of support
KotoSupport around the clock. A request from your account goes straight to the team, and a real person answers — even one that feels odd to ask.
There will be no fourth cat: we have a rule against adding characters for decoration.
