1 In short
We collect exactly what you typed into your account yourself, plus what is needed to issue an invoice. We run no trackers, show no advertising and sell nobody’s data.
The pages of this site make no request to anyone else’s servers. The fonts live with us rather than being pulled from Google Fonts — precisely because such a request would hand your IP address to a third party before you had clicked anything.
2 Who controls the data
The data controller is the provider whose details are given at the bottom of this page. Write to our email with any question about your data — a person answers.
3 What data we collect
When you open an account — your name and email address. The password is stored not as text but as a one-way fingerprint: not even we can read it.
In your profile you can add a phone number, a company name and the messenger you prefer. This is optional — the service works without them.
Along the way there appear: the list of your services and domains, invoices with amounts and dates, your correspondence with support, and notes of what we did — when a service was launched, when an invoice was issued, when we called you.
Technical web server logs of requests to the site are kept by the hosting provider, not by us.
4 Why we collect it
- To provide the service you paid for — this is performance of the contract.
- To issue an invoice and keep it for as long as accounting law requires — this is our legal obligation.
- To answer you in support and to remember what we agreed last time — this is our legitimate interest as the provider.
We send no marketing mail. The letters you get are about your own services: an invoice, a support reply, a warning that a term is running out.
5 Cookies
The only cookies on this site are the essential ones for signing in: they are needed so your account remembers it is you, and they go when you sign out. There is not a single analytics or advertising cookie here.
That is why you see no cookie consent banner: consent is not required for essential cookies, and we set no others.
6 Who we share data with
Only those without whom the service would not work:
- the infrastructure provider on whose servers the sites run;
- the domain registrar — if you order a domain through us;
- the payment system — once online payment appears; it receives the amount and your email address, while card details go past us and we never see them.
We disclose data at the demand of authorised bodies where that demand is lawful and properly made. In every other case, no.
7 How long we keep it
Account data — for as long as the account exists. When you ask us to delete it, the services, domains and support correspondence go with it.
Invoices stay. They are financial documents, and how long they are kept is decided by accounting law, not by our preference. The payer’s name and email address are written into the invoice itself at the moment it is issued, so it can be read without the profile.
8 Your rights
You can:
- find out exactly what data of yours we hold and get a copy of it;
- correct anything inaccurate — some of it right in your account profile, the rest through support;
- ask for erasure — with the exception of invoices we are obliged to keep;
- restrict the processing or object to it;
- lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.
To use any of these, write to us. We answer within thirty days, and usually the same day.
9 How we protect the data
- The site and the account work only over a secure connection.
- Passwords are stored as a one-way fingerprint, not as text.
- After several failed sign-in attempts the address is temporarily blocked. The IP address itself is not stored — only a fingerprint of it, and that one lives for a quarter of an hour.
- The email address and password in the account can only be changed by confirming the current password.
- Only those who need it for their work have access to client data.
10 Changes to this policy
